Return & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it within 30 days and receive a refund. You can submit a return request on your order page following the instructions below. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please make sure to contact us by email ([email protected]) at first.
Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- Unauthorized returns of goods won't be allowed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- Every item needs to be in its original packing, undamaged or unopened, with all tags, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.
- Customers must utilize a delivery method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.
General Return Process
- Repack your items (These need to be unworn/unwashed/unused and with original tags).
- You will need your order number and email/last 4 digits of your phone number.
- Select your preferred return option.
- Once you have processed your return you're ready to post it off! Make sure you keep proof of postage!
- Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.
Costs
- Your return fee will be subtracted from your refund for returns made internationally. Refunds for items returned via your preferred form of return will only be handled after they have reached our warehouse; in the event that your things are lost in transit, you will need to file a dispute with the carrier. If you place an order that exceeds the customs threshold, you can be subject to importation and custom tax fees.
Refunds
We will tell you via email as soon as your return is received and examined, so please keep an eye out for it. In order to approve or reject your refund, we will also tell you.
If your application is accepted, a credit will be promptly applied to your Paypal payment method and your refund will be executed in a matter of two to three business days.
Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
- Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Non-returnable items:
- Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
- On sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Orders cannot be swapped online at this time. Returning the original product for a refund requires you to buy the replacement item separately.
Policies
Returned items without permission won't be accepted.
Within 30 days of delivery, items must be returned. All of the merchandise needs to be in its original packaging, undamaged, and in the same state as when it was delivered to you. Further documentation of the purchase, such as the receipt, is required. Clients must choose a shipping option that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.
